As someone that is naturally arrogant and egotistical, this comes very easy for me. I simply take my strengths and use them as a case to convince the panel that I truly am the best candidate for the job. In truth, I probably believe I'm the best candidate for any job. So it comes out as sincere, because it is. Right or wrong, I truly believe it.
